I’m a relatively new-bie and I LOVE your blog. I especially appreciated your “Wall Slide” explanation/tutorial vid. One question, though: I’ve seen references to “fighting the air”, especially during emotionally traumatizing events take place… what exactly is involved? Is there a movie reference?
