The Power of Social Media: A Video Feature of Me By Glappitnova

A couple of weeks ago, the team at Glappitnova convinced me to come do a video at their Den. They wanted me to talk about who I am, what I love and what I do in my own words. I talk about the power of technology and how it’s changed my life. Plus, I gave social media tips that I think are important to maintain good presence on these interwebs. I’m also cracking up at random things and rocking a sweater that says “Love Life.” Luvvie. GET IT? You do. >__>

The video and Glappitnova feature (The Power of Social Media with Awesomely Luvvie) were released today. Watch below (7 minutes).

Thank you to Nick Brown and the Glappitnova team for making me do this because I didn’t know I’d love it. They made me step outside of my usual and step in front of a camera to tell my story.

This is totally AWESOME!! I started reading your blog a year ago and check in daily and low key get an attitude when you take vacay..LOL

Seriously, I have a young lady( a foster youth) who I mentor – she just declared her major as Broadcast Journalism and wants to start a website… she’ll be interning with a friends media company here in LA – but I just shared this video and told her that she needs to read, follow, tweet you, learn from you …You are and will be an inspiration to lots of young women.

I’ve worked in entertainment w talent in LA for years and can get pretty jaded… but your take on pop culture is fresh and innovative and I love that you have the twist of teaching about digital media..etc

I know this comment is long and all over the place…im just really proud!!!

    Keep up the good work

    Yvette
