It’s Vacation TAHM!
My peoples! I’m super excited to say I will be MIA on the interblogs for the next week (and from my new column on The Grio). I’ma be on vacay from now til May 11. I just had to tell y’all because I know how you be. You’ll be side-eying me talmbout “where’s the post?” I may or may not write while I’m luxuriating but don’t expect a blog post from me til May 12.
I also will not be answering emails so if it’s urgent, it can wait. HA!
I’m going somewhere warm, where there’s a beach right as I step out my hotel and where anything more than shorts and a cropped top will seem overdressed. I plan on getting even more chocolate. OWWWW!
I will be taking many naps and hopefully, reading many things that don’t include a comment section. I will also be binge-watching Game of Thrones. The theme of my time off is “Turn Up for What?” For nothing, that’s what.
Word.
I will miss you all and your snark. I won’t be completely ghost from social media, doe so if you wanna catch whatever randomness I post, I’ma be on Instagram (@Luvvie) and my FB profile (you can follow me. I only friend people I know so I can trick myself into thinking privacy is a real thing). I also have an Awesomely Luvvie fan page.
While I’m gone, you can check out old posts. I’ve written over 1,100. Surely, you haven’t seen them all. Getchu ALLA piece!
I’m all about self-care nowadays, and being unapologetically selfish with my time and sanity. SO… more vacays please!
