I Don’t Think King Tut’s Mother, Queen Nefertiti, Was Lady Gaga

I just wanna dropkick people in the face way too often these days. The latest reason why is from the reveal of what they think King Tut’s mother, Queen Nefertiti, looked like. It happened on the TODAY Show, and apparently, they used 3D imaging and forensic reconstruction to come up with a bust of her face.

THE DEVIL IS A CAUCASIAN ASS LIE AND THE TRUTH AIN’T IN HIM!!! WHAT I AINT GON ACCEPT IS THAT KING TUT’S MAMA WAS LADY GAGA.

NO.

This is a sculpture of Lady Gaga from that one time she went to Cancun and forgot suncreen so she burned a little bit and got red. This is not an image of a royal woman who lived in ancient Egypt, in NORTH AFRICA, where it was hot and desert like. This is a white woman with good taste in eyeliner. And what is that lipgloss color? I dig it.

History really is determined by those who write it because the gymnastics white folks do to claim Egyptians is impressive. THIS IS FAKE NEWS. Alternative facts. Falsities. It’s the audacity of caucasity at work.

I saw this and went “Harpo, who dis white woman?” And Harpo said: “Lady Gaga.” And we both shook our heads.

Y’all are not gonna do this during our holy month, Black History Month. Talk about adding insult to injury. They don went and gentrified Queen Nefertiti, fatha Gawd. IT AIN’T RIGHT.

Today Show Reveal Nefertiti

LMAOOO look at Hoda’s face. She’s over here thinking: Don’t white people get tired of being ridiculous? Both her parents are from Egypt so you KNOW this got on her very last nerves.

The spirits of Yung Tutankhamun and Miss (cuz you show her some respect) Nefertiti must go haunt anyone who had anything to do with this. Foolishness.

I feel your very righteous indignation.

For 20 years I’ve wanted set ‘these hands’ to Perpetual Pimp Slap for the faces of archeologist Zahi Hawass, everyone at Egypt’s State of Antiquities Affairs, and nearly everyone else tryna pass themselves off as experts on ancient Egypt.

Of course they’d have to create a monstrosity like the one shown on the Today show to maintain the illusion of the so-called facial reconstruction of the Tutu-ankh-amen (yes, Amen) that Zahi & Co. wasted goo-gobs of good money on several years ago.

I don’t have the energy to dig into this subject here the way that I really want to. But I appreciate you voicing your view on this endlessly funded foolishness, and wanted to offer my co-sign.

White/albino people… weren’t even in Europe at the time of King Tutu Ankoma ( Tut) !! White people originated in Central Asia, and started spreading into Europe, sometime after 1200 b.c. White/albino people are less than 6,000 years old !! They have never created a single civilization.

Caucasians had just been created during those times. According to the tomb of Seti I, they were known as the Tamahu, roughly translated to the “made man” as Caucasians are actually genetically defective inbred albinos of the OCA-2 variant with calcified pineal glands, and sulfur based melanin. Basically a science experiment gone horribly wrong.

That was a useless article. For 1 the author rights that their were many different races among the society in Egypt. Which we are already aware because many civilizations were educated there. So that’s a no brainer.
2 he then truss to equate thus information has a matter of fact, that the royal I’d hierarchy would have been the same, that is a fallacy.
The mere fact that Queen Nefertti’s son was ebony black disproves he had a Caucasian mother, consisting the fact that his daddy was brown skinned.
White people cannot, cannot, cannot produce black. That black is only produce by two black people!

This article (which is from and era when, at the very least, things made sense) attempts to proffer the argument that the Egyptians wouldn’t care about what race they were…so we shouldn’t either. Well, the problem with that is the fact that all too often, black and brown people are lead to believe that they are unable to accomplish major feats. The Egyptians were one of the most advanced ancient civilizations. From politics, to government, to agriculture, to engineering and architecture, they were superior (so much so that many believe there was extraterrestrial intervention in their civilization). Therefore, the knowledge that they were people of color…black people to be specific, has the ability to strike fear in the hearts of those who would have us continuously view ourselves as less.

That depiction of Queen Nefertiti is an abomination. Stop it! Just Staph!!!

White people have a VERY LONG history of trying to whitewash Egyptian history. Research it, it’s truly appalling. Even the whole concept of labeling Egypt as the “middle-east” is just to distance it from Africa. They just can’t accept that non-Europeans were thriving and advanced way before they were lol.

    • Cara
      February 7, 2018 at 12:54 pm

While there is definitely a long history of white washing, I don’t think that is the why Egypt is thought of in terms of the middle east. Egypt’s history was a part of the ancient Near East. The pharaohs and rulers of Egypt repeatedly expanded their territory and rule into what we now call the Middle/ Near East. So I do think that it is VERY important for us to acknowledge and make clear that Egypt IS on the African continent. But in a museum about ancient history, Egypt’s story is more closely tied into the ancient Near East, and it is also geographically connected to that region. The culture of ancient Egypt was (and still is) much closer to the Middle/ Near East than that of, say, Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and especially South Africa.

No, they are on the wrong track. This just ignores the hieroglyphs, statues, art, etc. made by the actual people who were portraying themselves. We know what they looked like because they showed us and it was not “closer to European”. It still isn’t. How annoying it must be to be Egyptian. They even try to prove aliens
built the pyramids because how in the world could Africans have technologies that Europeans can’t figure out? Smh. Don’t fall for this. This is beyond a stretch, this is Olympic contortion level reaching

While there is definitely a long history of white washing, I don’t think that is the why Egypt is thought of in terms of the middle east. Egypt’s history was a part of the ancient Near East and not as closely associated with Africa. The pharaohs and rulers of Egypt repeatedly expanded their territory and rule into what we now call the Middle/ Near East for centuries So I do think that it is VERY important for us to acknowledge and make clear that Egypt IS on the African continent. But, we also have to take into account that Egypt is also connected by land to the Near/ Middle East, and shares a very long history with that region. So, while the Egyptians were certainly not white/ European, I do not think we can or should be certain that would look like Africans from farther south or east on the continent. They would have looked much closer to what Iraqi, Irani, and Syrian people look like, I should think.

          February 7, 2018 at 6:28 pm

Actually they would look African and Pharaohs such as Ramasses III was found to be black along with his son. Also you’re article should have stated that Krause states that his finding were from a single site that didn’t represent all of Egypt. The team’s findings do come with one obvious caveat: “All our genetic data (was) obtained from a single site in Middle Egypt and may not be representative for all of ancient Egypt,” the paper concedes.
And he concedes that the black Pharaohs from Sudan existed.

When the Egyptians were building their awesome culture, the stone remnants of which still drop jaws to this day, my white ancestors were wearing animal skins, hoods made out of a bear’s actual head, and their version of a pyramid or sphinx was the Lego-looking mess known as Stonehenge. The genius of the tribe got the idea for arranging the big-ass rough rocks in a circle (and that is as complex as he could pull off), or you know they would have just laid them out, and it would have basically been a stone strip-mall.

No, as much as I would like to claim ANYTHING Egyptian as a white person, I know that I cannot do so, no matter what the Today show is trying to enable me to do.

indeed, egyptian heiroglyphs show plenty of mid-ranging skin tones. and, if you look at the picture. the two white people are much paler than the bust. it much closer matches Hoda’s skin tone, who is, egyptian. while the whole planet was likely darker back then, i dont think people need to be freaking out

Everything gotta be about black and white so old. Seriously you have nothing better to do??? Science proved that most Egyptians were Mediterranean. However, it s would seem that a culture with low self esteem wants to argue this science is corrupted by “the white man”. Although, it doesn’t appear to matter who the study testing was done by and where. If the black community would put in as much effort improving themselves today and stop arguing about what did or didn’t and what color this one or that was centuries ago well they may have something to be proud of today.
